Last updated: July 5, 2026. This policy explains how Ordien AI handles information for its claim documentation workspace.
Information we collect
Ordien collects account information such as name, email address, phone number, password hash, session data, verification status, workspace content, uploaded files, messages, artifacts, credit ledger entries, and billing identifiers needed to operate the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide the Ordien Claim Team workspace, authenticate users, verify email ownership, optionally verify phone ownership, process uploads, generate documentation drafts, maintain credit balances, support billing, improve reliability, and protect the service from abuse.
Uploaded claim materials
Uploaded documents, notes, images, and generated outputs are used to prepare review-first documentation drafts inside your workspace. You should not upload materials you are not authorized to process.
AI processing
Ordien may process workspace content with configured AI providers to produce summaries, evidence maps, draft packets, and follow-up drafts. AI output is not insurance, legal, public adjusting, coverage, or professional advice.
Billing
Payments are handled through Creem. Ordien does not store raw card numbers or CVC. We store billing status, customer identifiers, subscription identifiers, payment records, and credit grants needed to keep your account accurate.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate hosting, authentication, verification delivery, AI processing, file storage, analytics, security, and billing.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain audit records. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account information by contacting Ordien. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, legal, or audit reasons.
