Ordien AI
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 5, 2026. These terms govern use of Ordien AI and the Ordien Claim Team workspace.
Use of Ordien
Ordien AI provides software for organizing claim materials and preparing documentation drafts for human review. You are responsible for your account, uploaded materials, instructions, and final use of any output.
No professional advice
Ordien does not provide insurance advice, legal advice, public adjusting services, coverage opinions, payout estimates, negotiation strategy, or final professional judgment. Every output requires human review.
Account verification
You may be required to verify your email address before using protected workspace features. Phone numbers are optional and may be added for SMS verification. You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
Uploaded materials
You represent that you have the right to upload and process any files, photos, notes, emails, estimates, invoices, measurements, or other claim materials submitted to Ordien.
Credits and billing
Ordien uses credits for AI runs and Creem for billing. Credits, plan features, and prices may change as the service evolves. Credits are granted through server-side account and billing records, not client redirects.
Acceptable use
You may not use Ordien to break the law, violate others' rights, submit materials you are not authorized to process, attack the service, bypass access controls, or misrepresent AI-generated drafts as final professional determinations.
Availability and changes
Ordien may change, suspend, or discontinue features, pricing, plans, or availability. Beta and early-access features may be incomplete, change quickly, or contain errors.
Limitation of liability
Ordien is provided as software support for documentation workflows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordien is not liable for claim outcomes, coverage decisions, legal decisions, carrier actions, or reliance on unreviewed output.
